We’ve all heard the usual stuff about Israel controlling the world, the media, the economy, and global leaders. Or the whole ‘Greater Israel’ thing or how they’re secretly planning to destroy Al-Aqsa Mosque. But honestly, some of the wild conspiracy theories I’ve personally come across in the Arab world take things to a whole new level of crazy. Enjoy!

Magnet in Belts
Israel placed hidden magnets in belts sold to Arab markets to cause male infertility. Traders across the region reported unsold belt stocks piling up because customers became convinced that wearing them would ruin their family lineage. A merchant in Amman cried on live TV “My belts aren’t cursed! They’re just leather!”

Spy Animals
Israel equipped animals like dolphins and vultures with spy gear. In one case, a vulture captured in Saudi Arabia was paraded on TV. The poor bird’s probably confessed under dubious circumstances.

Shark Mossad Agents
Mossad trained sharks to attack tourists in Egypt’s Red Sea resorts to sabotage its tourism industry. The sharks wore tiny Israeli flags on their fins, leading to Egyptian fishermen going on shark-hunting missions.

Weather Manipulation Israel used advanced technology to divert rain from neighboring Arab nations. Farmers in Jordan, experiencing an unusually dry season, claimed to have seen a mysterious "rain laser" in the sky and blamed Israel for the drought. Israel also was accused of stealing clouds from neighboring countries. Can you imagine an Iraqi farmer chasing rain clouds with slingshots, shouting, “Give them back!”

Mind-Control Technology Israel developed mind-control devices to manipulate Arab leaders and populations. More Arabs became Zionist because of Israel “tuning their brainwaves.”

COVID-19 This one didn’t originate in the Arab world, but it gained traction there: Israel created COVID-19 as part of a global scheme. Israelis were immune because they ate matzah. Some companies in the Arab world started importing matzah!

Pokémon Go Pokémon Go was a Mossad scheme to get Arabs to reveal secret locations by chasing Pikachu into restricted areas.
8.
Red Sea Parting Device Israel has a top-secret device capable of parting water, much like Moses. The theory surfaced when a ship in the Suez Canal got stuck and many people believed that Israel was "practicing" for the next big event.
