Last time we spoke about the widespread lie the Arabs warmly welcomed Jews into Palestine after the Holocaust. By “Palestine” I mean the British mandate, and by “warmly” I mean with torches and pitchforks.
Today, I’ll do you one better. I’m gonna prove it wasn’t the Palestinians who welcomed the Jews but the opposite. No, you know what, I’m gonna do even more. I’m gonna show you where the Palestinians really came from.
That is, unless you accept their claim they’ve been around for a million years…
Yes, that’s right.
Most of the Palestinians have arrived in the region after the start of the modern Zionist movement. Listen closely, because that’s not something they teach you at school!
Let’s start with a little piece of trivia.
Did you know that following the Austro-Hungarian occupation of Bosnia, many Bosniaks, fearful of living under Christian rule, emigrated to Palestine, where most adopted the surname Bushnak?
To this day, “Bushnak” is a common surname among Palestinians. That’s one of the reasons why many Palestinians look like this:

Wait, you thought all Arabs were brown? Oh boy, you’re in for a treat today!
Anyway, why is this story important? Because there’s a false narrative that’s sadly been adopted even by most pro-Israel people, that the Palestinians are an indigenous Brown people while the Jews are White colonizers who came from Europe and displaced them. Basically Cowboys and Indians but with different hats.
Why do so many people accept this? Because for decades, the media has been controlled by the left and all stories followed simplistic leftist narratives. In this case, that all wars are between dark-skinned (or blue-skinned) natives resisting fair-skinned invaders. These stories don’t allow for complexity (for example, a war between two empires, or two native peoples, or ideological groups) so people dumbify this complicated story to the level of Avatar. They ignore 99% of the story to get the 1% they want.
Sot let’s take a look at the remaining 99%.
It’s true there were Arabs living in the region before Zionism. They stole it fair and square in 637 when they conquered the region from the Roman Empire. However, by the 19th century those Arabs were somewhat hard to find.
In 1867 Mark Twain visited the Holy Land and described what he found as:
Over [Palestine] broods the spell of a curse that has withered its fields and fettered its energies… A desolate country whose soil is rich enough but is given over wholly to weeds… we never saw a human being on the whole route… hardly a tree or shrub anywhere.
And he was lucky not seeing any human beings because many of them were in the lucrative business of caravan raiding. Most famously, they robbed and murdered 20,000 hajjis returning from Mecca in 1757.
…but that’s a different story.
These Bedouins brought African slaves, mostly from Sudan. This is why many of them look like this:

Starting from 1830, the region accommodated numerous waves of Algerian immigration fleeing the French conquest of Algeria. At the same time, many Egyptians arrived in the region, fleeing conscription and forced labor in their homeland.
Sadly, this didn’t help them as in 1831, their homeland arrived to them.
Muhammad Ali Pasha, the totally white Albanian dude who created modern Egypt, conquered the region and brought in more Egyptians as laborers.
In 1841, the Ottomans kicked his white ass back to Egypt. During the war, many soldiers deserted his defeated army and settled in the region. At the same time, thousands of Bedouins moved from Transjordan to the Galilee, encouraged by the Ottomans, who wanted to pacify nomadic groups by granting them land.
In 1860, as a result of sectarian violence in Damascus and Mount Lebanon, during which thousands of Christians were massacred by Druze and Muslims, as many as 10,000 Christians have fled to Palestine.
In 1864, thousands of Bosnians fled the Austro-Hungarian conquest of their country and settled in what today is called the West Bank.
Wow!
Egyptians, Bosnians, Jordanians, Turks, Africans… The Palestinians are starting to look like a Netflix production!
Now we come to 1881. Jews start coming from Yemen and Eastern Europe and building stuff and creating jobs.
Thousands of Arabs immigrate to the region to benefit from the job opportunities created by the new Jewish settlements. For example, the Jewish settlement of Rishon LeZion was founded in 1882 on land purchased from a Mustafa Abdallah ali Dajan. By 1889, the forty Jewish families that settled there had attracted more than four hundred Arab families who enjoyed the job opportunities created by the prosperous settlement.
Similar events occur all over the region. Zionists create jobs which attract Arabs, making them… foreign settlers!
To this date, many Palestinians have last names that show their place of origin:
Al-Masri = the Egyptian
Al-Shami = the Syrian
Al-Lubani = the Lebanese
Al-Yamani = the Yemeni
In 1937, the Peel Commission reported:
The Arab population shows a remarkable increase... partly due to the import of Jewish capital into Palestine and other factors associated with the growth of the Jewish National Home.
An earlier British Report from 1920 stated
“There are now in the whole of Palestine hardly 700,000 people… much less than that of the province of Galilee alone in the time of Christ… A small proportion of these are Bedouin Arabs; the remainder, although they speak Arabic and are termed Arabs, are largely of mixed race.”
Mixed race… as in immigrants from Europe, Asia, and Africa who didn’t have time to fully assimilate… Immigrants who benefited from the Jews’ industry and capital then decided to get rid of them, just like their best friends in Europe did earlier.
Boy, did that backfire!
If the Zionists kept the land the shithole it was before they came, there wouldn’t be 14 million Palestinians. There wouldn’t be any. Because there would be no need to have an excuse to steal their land.
