I am tired of seeing the world's only Jewish state being asked to justify its existence.
Israel must exist.
Not because it is perfect.
Not because every government decision is right.
Israel must exist because history has shown us what happens when Jews have nowhere to go.
For centuries Jews were expelled, persecuted, hunted, and murdered across continents. Then came the Holocaust.
Six million Jews were exterminated while much of the world looked away.
Israel is the answer to "Never Again."
Israel is more than a country.
It is a refuge.
A sanctuary.
A miracle.
A nation reborn in its ancestral homeland after thousands of years of exile.
A tiny nation that transformed deserts into farmland, pioneered medical breakthroughs, developed world changing technologies, and became a global innovation powerhouse.
While dictators build prisons, Israel builds universities.
While extremists build tunnels, Israel builds hospitals.
While terrorists teach hate, Israel teaches hope.
Israel stands on the front lines against extremist movements that threaten Jews, Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and every free society on Earth.
Too many governments choose appeasement.
Too many institutions choose silence.
Israel does not.
That is why it is targeted.
That is why it is hated.
As a Muslim, I refuse to stay silent while the Jewish people are demonized for wanting what every nation wants: safety, dignity, and a homeland.
Israel is not the problem.
Extremism is the problem.
Terrorism is the problem.
Hatred is the problem.
The world needs more of what Israel represents: resilience, democracy, innovation, courage, freedom, and hope.
If Israel falls, extremists celebrate.
If Israel stands, freedom still has a chance.
This post does not promote hate; it is meant to inform and encourage respectful discussion. We stand against antisemitism in all forms.
